Eastern Bering Sea Continental Slope Survey

The Eastern Bering Sea Group is also responsible for surveying the eastern Bering Sea continental slope area (EBS Slope).

The EBS slope surveys have been conducted in 1979, 1981, 1982, 1985, 1988, 1991, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2016.

Dominant species examined here include Greenland turbot, short-spine thornyheads, dover sole, grenadiers, and 10 different species of skates.
