FMA Extends An Open Invitation
to the Fishing Community
to Attend Observer Training

Members of the fishing community have periodically asked to attend observer training. We extend an open invitation for industry members to attend any part of our observer training classes as we want this to be a very open process.

The training schedule is updated quarterly. Training sessions take place in Seattle and Anchorage. The schedule for each session is adjusted to accommodate guest lecturers, so please contact Martin Loefflad or Patti Nelson if you are interested in attending part of a particular training or briefing. You will be provided with a detailed curriculum and given information on how to reserve a spot in that portion of the training.
