Table name	Definition
NORPAC.FOREIGN_CONTRACTOR	This table links the contractor code in the NORPAC.FOREIGN_OBSERVER table with a description of the code.

Column name	Type	Definition
CONTRACTOR	varchar2(5)	Abbreviation of the name of the organization that provided the observer.
CONTRACTOR_NAME	varchar2(50)	Name of the organization that provided the observer.
